Payment and Subscriptions

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually. You may cancel at any time. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Prices may change with 30 days notice.

Disclaimer

OctoPredict World provides information for situational awareness purposes. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of data from third-party sources. Our platform should not be the sole basis for critical decisions.

Limitation of Liability

Calysteau shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the past 12 months.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of France. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of France.
